Rosehip oil - A miracle in skincare

The benefits of Rosehips have been extensively researched, rich in Vitamin C and bioactive compounds like phenols, lycopene and ellagic they really are naturals miracle elixir.

Jam packed with vitamins and minerals and proven to reduce inflammation, this has been attributed to a flavonoid called Tiliroside which possesses commendable anti-inflammatory action.

Lycopene is another fabulous compound that has been proven to stimulate the communication between cells helping to reduce damage and improve cell renewal.

Vitamin C has many fantastic benefits but the potential stimulation of collagen is why I love to use it in my skincare range. Rosehips are among the highest ranking products high in Vitamin C beating well known orange juice!

Rosehip oil has been used to protect against sun damage and reduce hyper-pigmentation, something I have experienced first hand. Rosehip oil also gives the gel creme its beautiful yellow colouring. Rosehips can vary in colour, so too can the oil so each batch is unique.
